KPIs - Response Time

Keeping your business running smoothly with minimum impact on profitability is the heart of our business.

i. Single medication checks within the extensive database are answered immediately, with the outcome displayed on the screen and emailed or faxed to the line manager and the nominated contact, e.g. HR, OH, or HSE.

ii. Multi medication checks or more complex/mis-spelt single medication checks are sent to the pharmacist for review. You will see a call ID and confirmation of the medication to be checked and it will be sent to the email or fax on the screen. Our team will ensure you receive a verbal outcome within one hour of the check being placed and an automatic email or fax will follow.

iii. Please note: All medication outcomes will be either emailed or faxed. If you have chosen to receive an email, please ensure that you check your junk mail for an email from noreply@chemist-on-call.com, accept it and move to your inbox. We are instructing all our customer’s IT departments to ensure that this email address is automatically accepted into your inbox, however, we anticipate a slight delay in all customers achieving this.
